Arjen Schutten is Managing Director of Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE), a wind power export association with a strong focus on emerging offshore wind power markets. Additionally Arjen is Chairman of the Netherlands Export Commission for Wind Power. This commission advises on export related activities of the Dutch wind power sector. Before joining HHWE Arjen worked for a Private Sector Investment Program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Arjen is specialized in public private partnership projects in offshore wind. He earned his Master’s in Chinese Language at Leiden University in the Netherlands.
