Andrew is regarded as one of Asia Pacific’s leading projects lawyers. He has over 20 years’ experience in the development of major power and infrastructure projects and works with organisations at the forefront of renewable energy, particularly in the wind, solar and hydro sectors. He recently advised the lenders on the 640 MW Yunlin offshore wind project and the sponsor on the 600 MW Changfang and Xidao offshore wind projects in Taiwan. In addition, he is advising on offshore wind developments in Japan, Taiwan, Korea and Australia, including Australia’s first proposed offshore wind farm – the 2,000 MW Star of the South project.
