Arshi is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in industry covering offshore drilling, shipbuilding, offshore renewable-energy vessels, and maritime technology business. Through his senior management positions at renowned companies such as Cameron-Schlumberger and Sembcorp Marine, Arshi has developed a wealth of expertise in the industry.

With a robust industry network spanning Asia, India, the Middle East, USA, and Norway, Arshi brings a global perspective to his work. He has studied Renewable Energy Business Management in St Gallen University Switzerland, Holds MBA from Liverpool, and is also methodically trained in B2B marketing and sales processes, project leadership for capital shipbuilding and repair, and M&A due diligence, which gives him a holistic approach to business growth. Additionally, Arshi is an early adapter of AI in business processes, making him a forward-thinking leader in the industry.

Currently, Arshi is leading Kongsberg Maritime’s Sales & Marketing team for driving the transition towards decarbonization, digitalization, and autonomy in the ocean space. Kongsberg is a trusted global technology leader in the offshore-wind, merchant maritime, ocean-science, Offshore OilGas, and naval defence sector. Arshi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the panel.
