Mr. Henk van Elburg (1960) represents the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl), a department of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy. Henk is currently a senior program manager Offshore Wind for the International Clean Energy Partnership program (ICEP). This public funded export promotion program seeks, in close collaboration with the network of embassies, consulates general and trade missions, to support the Dutch offshore wind energy sector in international competition and trade opportunities. Main focus is on the development and implementation of effective export promotion services as well as on economic diplomacy, contributing to increased exports and market share for the Dutch offshore wind business sector in prioritized foreign markets.
