Country Manager – Offshore Wind Consultants Taiwan

Tom Whittle leads OWCs APAC business, based in Taiwan. He is a highly experienced engineer and project manager, having spent 11 years’ working in the offshore wind industry focusing on the development and construction of floating and fixed-bottom offshore wind projects in Europe and Asia. He has a deep understanding of the technical challenges facing floating wind, having been heavily involved in a semi-commercial scale project managing the dynamic cables, moorings and transport and installation scope. Tom’s experience also covers project optimisation, interface management, installation of foundations and cables, decommissioning and site investigations. Prior to OWC, Tom held roles at Orsted, DNV GL and Garrad Hassan.
